The CEO of SOE gave the keynote for GDC Austin and, in it, he went over a lot of very useful info about their trials and tribulations.
One thing that was interesting, a larger % of kids <13 do not know what year they were born!
I've created a side by side comparison of the changes that SOE made to their sign up screen which took them from 60% success rate to 90%.
